Process

We understand every couple's invitation needs are different, which is why we offer individual quotes instead of set prices for custom suites. After your quote request is received, we will create your quote based off of the preferences submitted. We will discuss paper options, printing methods, custom artwork and all the bells and whistles that go along with custom stationery.

The process from start to finish is fully custom, from the questionnaire where I learn about your love story, to the first proof, all the way to the final proof and printing, I got you! It is always my aim to help you have the most stress free and fun stationery experience!

Investment

Custom clients typically invest $2,000 to $6,000 for their custom stationery (save the dates, invitations, and day-of stationery), dependent on quantity, print and paper choices, and scope of project. Your custom invitations will undoubtedly become a treasured keepsake for years to come for yourself and wedding guests.

For clients with budgets less than $2,000 we recommend viewing our semi custom collection.

Timeline

Our custom clients typically book our services 12-14 months prior to their wedding for save the dates and 8-10 months prior for wedding invitations. If you're looking for save the dates and invitations we recommend inquiring at least one year prior to your wedding date.

We have a 4-8 week process for save the dates and a 6-12 week process for wedding invitation design. We recommend you mail your save the dates 6-8 months prior to your wedding and mail wedding invitations 3-4 months prior to your wedding. CUSTOM INVITATION EXPERIENCE

Many more details to come when we work together of course, but this overview is a good introduction to the process!

i. request a quote

Every couple has unique needs and preferences for their invitation suite, so every proposal is created specifically for you, rather than having set packages. To get started, request a quote by filling out the form (click the button below to go directly to the inquiry form), and let me know a little bit about your wedding day!

ii. review your proposal

Once you have filled out the inquiry form, I will send over your proposal via my client management system (Honeybook) within a few days. This proposal will cover pricing for your custom invitation suite and embellishments that you are interested in within your budget. Once your proposal looks good to go, you can sign the contract and submit your deposit so we can get started!

iii. design and revisions

This is the fun part! Once I have all of your wedding details I will begin designing your suite, starting with a mood board and color palette. We will go through several revision rounds to get everything just right, and will have so much fun with envelope colors, wax seal choices, and stamps along the way!

iv. production, assembly, and delivery

After every detail is covered and you sign off on your designs, I will begin the production process. The printing and assembly process takes approximately 2-4 weeks. Seeing everything come to life is truly a delightful experience! I offer assembly and mailing services so you can sit back and get excited for the RSVP’s to start rolling in!
